About Hsa Thoo Lei Learning Center
Our beginning
It started with 25 students and one determined teacher.
Founded by Mrs. Phori Rattanachairuedi in 1999, Hsa Thoo Lei began as a small response to a clear need: children in the migrant community needed a dependable place to continue their education.
The school has grown through the work of teachers, families, volunteers, and partners. Today, 57 teachers serve 995 learners across 25 classrooms in Mae Sot.
